International Customers:  A flat rate of $10.00 will be added to all PayPal orders being shipped to addresses outside the United States of America. WE WILL REFUND to you any amount above the cost of the postal fee and the packing materials. Your REFUND will be issued the same day that your order is shipped. We apologize for this inconvenience.
